01 — Mission

What if technology could make a hard day easier? We tried. It can.

nity is a small non-profit studio in Vilnius. We build free apps for the people technology usually forgets — each one solving a single real problem: finding help in a new country, spotting a scam, learning the words you need today. Different groups, different tools, one rule: simple enough for anyone, free for everyone. No ads. No accounts. No data harvesting. Just help that works.

    children & families

Growing up between systems, schools and languages.

— and not only people

+

wild animals

Some who need help the most aren’t people at all. We love everyone on this planet — and look for ways technology can help protect wild animals and the places they live.

Very likely a scam

The people behind nity.

We are

Founders — Vilnius

With 20 years of experience in interface development and user behavior, we decided to put our expertise to work for those who need it most.

For now, nity is just two people: Vadzim Khadakou and Vitali Hisko. We invent, research, design, develop, and publish solutions from A to Z.

05 — FAQ

Fair questions.

What is nity?

A small non-profit studio in Vilnius, Lithuania. We build free apps that help people through difficult moments. Today that’s migrant hub, davai app and scam check — with more on the way.

Are the products really free?

Yes — free forever for the people who use them. No ads, no premium tiers that hold essential help hostage, no selling of data. If we ever add revenue, it will come from grants and partners, never from the people we serve.

How is nity funded?

Right now — by its founders. We are applying for European and Lithuanian grants for integration and social innovation. Donations go directly into development, translation and infrastructure.

How do you choose what to build?

We start with conversations — NGOs, social workers, and the people themselves. We only build where technology adds something the existing organizations can’t: language, availability at 3 a.m., anonymity, or simply an interface that doesn’t frighten.

Do you collect personal data?

As little as technically possible. No accounts, no tracking cookies by default, anonymous sessions that auto-delete. For sensitive topics we design for safety first — quick exit, no history, nothing to find on a shared phone.

Is the information reliable?

Every organization in our directories is verified by hand, every guide cites official sources, and every AI answer says clearly what it is — educational information, not legal advice. When we’re not sure, we say so and point to a human.

Can I suggest a problem — or a partnership?

Please do. If you work with a community we should be serving, or you see a gap we could close, write to hello@nity.tech. The best products under our roof started as somebody’s “have you thought about…”.

How can I help?

Three ways: donate, join the team (engineers, designers, translators, social workers), or simply pass migrant hub, davai app or scam check to someone who needs them. All three matter more than you think.
